It's needless to say that although the modus operandi of the intelligence organizations is regarded as secretive, still there are discussions on hostile intelligence services (HIS) in some form or the other everywhere. The intelligence activities in our neighbouring country India comes under scrunity in the media. Probably it could be safely said that only here in Bangladesh, if there is some form of discussion about the planned hostile intelligence activities by the alien agencies, instantly from within the country a circle would invariably voise infavour. This proposition is perfectly applicable to Indian Intelligence organization Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), Only because of this, despite concerns of many researchers, journalists and enlightened citizens hesitate to ventilate their feelings on the issue.
